All pole vaulters must submit WAIVER and MEDICAL forms before participating in any activities at Altitude Headquarters Pole Vault Club. Waiver and Medical forms may be printed front/back to save paper. Vaulters under the age of 18 must have a guardian signature on their Waiver form before beginning any activities. New vault club members and vault clinic participants should fill out the General Information form along with their Waiver and Medical forms. HOW TO VAULT CORRECTLY CLINIC
This clinic is designed to show athletes proper vaulting technique through instruction, drills, and pole vaulting exercises. A more structured clinic illustrating various drills and concepts relate to the run, plant, take off, swing, and inversion. Hands on experience that will help vaulters understand the vault and how to design a workout program during track season that will produce positive results. Power point presentation, delayed video, a great coaching staff on hand to assist the vaulters throughout the day make this a great experience. Six hours of fun starting at 10:30 and ends at 4:30, a positive experience for beginners through advanced (limited to 12 vaulters). Cost of this clinic is only $95 which includes pizza and a drink for lunch, plus a long sleeve warm up shirt done up with school colors, school name, and individuals last name on the back. Tentative dates for this camp are March 27 & June 12
ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE ENTERED INTO THE FREE POLE DRAWING TAKE-OFF & PLANT CLINIC This clinic focuses on the most important phase of the vault, developing a more dynamic take-off and set up a more powerful plant. This is a great follow-up clinic after participating in the How to VaultCorrectly Clinic. Vaulters will be introduced to more in depth concepts and drills directed to improve take off angles and put the body in a better and more explosive take-off position. We want the vaulters to understand this aspect of the vault because it will determine how big of a pole they get on. A quality coaching staff will be on hand, delayed video, and tons information will make this a idealistic clinic going into the outdoor track season. Six hour of fun (10:30-4:30) is limited to 12 vaulters with each vaulter receiving a long sleeve warm up shirt done up with school colors, school name, and individuals last name on the back. INSTRUCTIONAL VAULTING CLINIC This clinic is designed for the vaulters wanting more time vaulting and less time drilling. Vaulters will be given an hour to loosen, stretch, and use any drilling stations they choose at Altitude Headquarters. The remaining three hours can be devoted to vaulting with intruction. A great opportunity to check out our facility and learn about your bad habiits and how to correct them. We have over 120 poles on the runway and a delayed video system to give the vaulters instant feedback. A four hour workout session starting at 9:00 and ends at 1:00, no lunch included is limited to 12 vaulters. Tentative dates for this camp are:

TOP END CLINIC This clinic will concentrate on the top end of the vault. Rope vaulting, rings, balancing drills, and raised runway drills will be used to get the athletes to into the drive line of the pole during inversion. Delayed video and power point presentations will help the vaulters understand the correct technique, and have a better understanding of how to train the top end to add height to their vault. A do not miss clinic starting at 10:30 and ends at 4:30, a great time limited to 12 vaulters. Cost of this clinic is $95 and includes a long sleeve warm up shirt done up with school colors, school name, and individuals last name on the back.
